We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads from the front, coaches their team daily, and keeps operations running smoothly every shift in Smyrna, GA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop BOH team members and supervisors

  • Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control

  • Drive kitchen systems, prep execution, and ticket times

  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met

  • Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a great guest experience

  • Maintain staffing levels and build a strong bench

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of salaried kitchen management experience

  • High-volume, scratch kitchen background preferred

  • Strong understanding of COGS, labor, and scheduling

  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Positive leadership style with accountability and urgency

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000 – $75,000 base salary
