- Lead cutting-edge social media strategies, including organic growth, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.), influencer partnerships, community management, and real-time trend leveraging with AI tools.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of modern marketing systems, including CRM/guest management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar), marketing automation, and integrated guest/audience tracking for personalized experiences.
- Drive advanced tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement using AI-enhanced analytics (e.g., multi-touch attribution, predictive modeling, and tools like Google Analytics 4, Cometly, or custom AI dashboards).
- Manage performance reporting with real-time insights, dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI with AI), A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign efficiency and budget ROI.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as AI for content generation, personalization, sentiment analysis, predictive lead scoring, and automated workflows to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a data-first culture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product, and sales teams on go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and market entry initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscapes, consumer trends, and platform algorithms to adapt strategies swiftly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, ideally in high-growth tech, consumer, or international brands scaling in North America.
- Deep expertise in current social media ecosystems, paid/organic strategies, and platform-specific best practices (including AI-assisted content and engagement tools).
- Proven track record with cutting-edge marketing systems: CRM/guest platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), automation (e.g., Marketo, ActiveCampaign), and AI-powered tools for personalization, analytics, and ROI tracking.
- Strong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, advanced attribution models, AI insights platforms like HubSpot Breeze or Salesforce Einstein).
- Experience measuring and optimizing ROI across channels, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance dashboards.
- Knowledge of North American market dynamics, with bonus points for experience bridging European headquarters to U.S. expansion.
- Exceptional strategic, creative, and analytical skills; ability to thrive in a multicultural, entrepreneurial setting.
- Familiarity with modern stacks including AI content tools, social listening/sentiment platforms, and integrated marketing tech.
What We Offer
- Base salary of $120,000 (dependent on experience - DOE) plus a $20,000 annual incentive program tied to company growth, campaign performance, and individual KPIs.
- Significant equity participation to share in our high-growth success.
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
- Opportunities for international travel and close collaboration with our European teams.
- A collaborative, innovative culture with access to the latest AI marketing tools, professional development, and cutting-edge resources.
