What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional with:

  • 3–5 years of restaurant leadership experience
  • A proven ability to mentor, inspire, and lead high-performing teams
  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a polished, customer-focused approach to conflict resolution
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to implement strategies and achieve key performance goals
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • A degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred)

Your Role as Kitchen Manager

As Kitchen Manager, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen’s success and our guests’ satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure seamless, efficient service
  • Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently exceed expectations
  • Enforcing safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold our service standards
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to innovate and implement growth strategies
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team
