Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Full Service

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

We are seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of a well-established full-service restaurant. This is a strong opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, developing talent, and supporting overall restaurant performance in a high-volume environment.

This concept is known for consistent operations, a loyal guest base, and a structured leadership team. The AGM will play a key role in supporting the General Manager while helping drive daily execution and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall restaurant operations including FOH and BOH coordination
• Lead and develop hourly team members and supervisors during shifts
• Assist the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness expectations are met
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control processes
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service dining
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred
• Working knowledge of labor management and cost controls
• Ability to lead from the floor and stay engaged during service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
