Assistant General Manager | Full-Service Dining | $65K–$70K

We are hiring an experienced Assistant General Manager to support leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with strong operational systems and a well-established team.

This role is ideal for a manager ready to take the next step toward General Manager by gaining deeper exposure to overall restaurant performance, team development, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house execution during service
• Drive team performance through coaching and accountability
• Assist with scheduling, labor control, and staffing strategies
• Maintain high standards for food quality and guest experience
• Support inventory management and cost control initiatives
• Contribute to hiring, training, and leadership development

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management within a full-service concept
• Experience in high-volume operations
• Strong leadership presence and communication skills
• Understanding of P&L, labor, and operational metrics
• Desire to grow into a General Manager role
