Restaurant General Manager – Fast Service / QSR

$65,000 per year (based on experience) + bonus potential

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced quick-service restaurant in Lincoln City, Oregon. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, love building strong teams, and want real career growth into a District Manager role, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front and back of house)
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate customer service every shift
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and drive sales and profitability
• Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Build a positive restaurant culture where team members want to stay and grow

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of General Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or fast casual (preferred)
• Proven track record of hitting sales, profit, and guest satisfaction goals
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Passion for the restaurant business and desire to grow into multi-unit leadership
