Sales Manager – Hospitality / Event Services (On-Property)

Location: Multiple Markets

Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Commission + Benefits

We are seeking an energetic, polished, and highly organized Sales Manager to support a premier hotel-based event services operation. This is a client-facing role embedded within a hotel property, working directly with hotel sales teams and event clients to coordinate audio/visual and meeting support needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys relationship-building, event coordination, consultative selling, and earning commission—without cold calling.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hotel sales teams after events are booked
• Meet with clients to assess event and meeting needs
• Recommend solutions including audio/visual, staging, and event enhancements
• Upsell services that improve the guest experience
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and event details
• Coordinate clean handoff to operations team
• Review billing accuracy and final client charges
• Build strong internal relationships with hotel partners
