A high-volume, fast-paced restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a flagship location in the Paterson market. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can seamlessly balance full-service hospitality with QSR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a large, multi-level team
- Drive sales, profitability, and cost controls across labor, food, and inventory
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and compliance
- Execute systems and processes that support both dine-in and high-volume takeout business
- Foster a strong team culture focused on consistency and performance
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
