What You’ll Do
As the FOH Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in daily restaurant operations while creating memorable guest experiences and developing a high-performing hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations with energy and professionalism
- Maintain a strong floor presence in the dining room, bar, and front entrance
- Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coach, train, and develop FOH team members
- Manage scheduling and staffing levels
- Assist with interviewing and hiring FOH talent
- Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and beverage controls
- Conduct liquor, wine, and beer inventory
- Partner closely with the General Manager on operational execution
- Create a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- Strong service and bar leadership background
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent floor presence
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong communication and team development skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
