About The Role
This role is designed for a restaurant leader who wants to be deeply involved in building a successful operation long-term.
During the pre-opening phase, the selected leader will train and operate within existing high-performing locations while preparing to transition into the future opening location leadership role.
Training will involve temporary assignments and operational support across multiple locations prior to the opening.
The company is specifically seeking leaders who value stability, team development, accountability, and long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Build and develop strong FOH and BOH leadership teams
- Drive sales, profitability, guest experience, and operational execution
- Maintain excellence in hospitality, cleanliness, and culture
- Develop future leaders through coaching and accountability
- Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and operational systems
- Assist with new store opening preparation and team development
- Lead from the floor with strong guest and employee presence
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- 5–10+ years of restaurant management leadership experience
- Strong tenure and career stability
- High-volume full-service restaurant experience ($4M+ preferred)
- Proven success leading large teams and driving operational results
- Strong financial and P&L knowledge
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Willingness to travel temporarily during training period
- Passion for hospitality, culture, and team development
Multi-unit experience is a plus, but not required.
