Assistant Manager Responsibilities

As the Assistant Manager, you will help oversee daily restaurant operations while leading and supporting the team during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and coach team members during daily operations
• Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation
• Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
• Monitor team performance and maintain operational efficiency
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Support training and ongoing development of team members
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Perform line checks, cash handling, and deposit preparation
• Partner with restaurant leadership to maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader, supervisor, or assistant manager
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with scheduling, cash handling, and shift management
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
