Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and develop FOH & BOH teams
- Drive guest satisfaction and community presence
- Manage P&L, labor, and food cost controls
- Lead opening and ongoing operational execution
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and culture
- Build and mentor a strong leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager
- High-volume restaurant leadership background
- Strong bar and upscale dining experience preferred
- Scratch kitchen experience is a plus
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Stable work history and passion for hospitality
