Key Responsibilities:
As Restaurant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations and long-term success:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience.
- Sales & Profitability: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue, optimize labor costs, control food and beverage expenses, and improve overall financial performance.
