Key Responsibilities:

As Restaurant General Manager, you will be the driving force behind daily operations and long-term success:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain the highest standards of service, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience.
  • Sales & Profitability: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase revenue, optimize labor costs, control food and beverage expenses, and improve overall financial performance.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture that aligns with brand values.
