WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations

• Building, coaching, and developing management and hourly teams

• Driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

• Managing labor, scheduling, and financial performance

• Creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork

• Hiring, training, and retaining top talent

• Ensuring operational excellence across FOH and BOH

• Maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service

• Working closely with senior leadership to drive long-term success

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current General Manager, Senior Manager, Assistant General Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or high-performing hospitality leader

• Strong experience leading high-volume restaurant operations

• Proven success managing teams, culture, and financial performance

• Experience with labor management, P&L accountability, and staffing

• Passion for hospitality and people development

• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and support the team

• Desire to grow with an organization that values its leaders
