Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop all back-of-house team members
Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and kitchen performance metrics
Hire, train, coach, and retain top culinary talent

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence

Qualifications:

Previous Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or Restaurant Management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Experience managing food and labor costs
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
ServSafe certification is a plus
