We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Harrisburg, PA!

What You'll Do:

• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures
• Oversee all food preparation, presentation, and quality control
• Perform daily kitchen operations, including food safety and sanitation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Mentor, train, and develop kitchen staff
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to achieve financial goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food safety certification a plus
