An exciting and rapidly expanding regional fast-casual franchise is seeking a talented and driven General Manager for its Richmond, Virginia location. This growing concept is making a strong impact in the fast-casual segment and offers a quality-of-life schedule with no late nights. The restaurant operates for lunch and dinner only, allowing leaders to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional who has successfully managed a high-volume drive-thru operation and has a proven track record of leading teams, growing sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Current or recent General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fast Food, or Drive-Thru concept

• Experience managing a restaurant generating $2.5 million+ in annual sales

• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost controls

• Proven success in team development, training, coaching, and retention

• Passion for delivering outstanding guest satisfaction

• A natural sales builder with the ability to drive traffic and grow revenue

• Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills

• Ability to lead all aspects of restaurant operations and business performance

• Assume full operational responsibility for the restaurant

• Manage financial performance, including P&L accountability

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top talent

• Build a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and results

• Drive sales growth through local marketing and community involvement

• Maintain brand standards, food quality, cleanliness, and safety

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience every day

• Partner directly with the Vice President of Operations to achieve business objectives

• Base Salary: Approximately $70,000

• Bonus Opportunity: Top-performing General Managers earn $100,000+ annually
