General Manager – Quick-Service Restaurant $57,000–$60,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

Some restaurants need a manager. This one needs a leader who's ready to run the show. We're a high-volume quick-service operation backed by a well-known national brand, and we're looking for a General Manager who treats the restaurant like it's theirs — because in every way that matters, it is. You'll have full ownership of daily operations: the team, the numbers, the guest experience, all of it. This works best for someone who's already proven themselves as a GM or strong AGM and is ready for a shop where accountability runs both ways — we give you the autonomy to run your restaurant, and we expect you to deliver.

Your Day-to-Day

• Full P&L accountability — food cost, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Hiring, training, and developing a management bench and hourly crew
• Owning guest experience, speed of service, and food quality standards
• Driving food safety and cleanliness compliance across every shift
• Recruiting and retaining a team that wants to stay
• Supporting local marketing initiatives to grow sales
• Building a culture where accountability and teamwork actually mean something

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, quick-service or fast-casual preferred
• Prior GM or AGM experience
• Confidence managing high-volume operations without losing your cool
• Solid grasp of labor, food cost, and inventory fundamentals
• Clear, direct communication and sharp problem-solving instincts
• A leadership style built on ownership, not just oversight
