Position Overview

·        The District Manager will oversee 4–6 restaurant locations in the Richmond, VA market. Individual restaurant volumes average approximately $2.5M annually. This leadership role focuses on driving profitability, operational excellence, team development, and guest satisfaction. No late-night operations.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead and support 4–6 restaurant locations

·        Develop and retain high-performing management teams

·        Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance

·        Ensure execution of company standards and guest experience initiatives

·        Analyze P&L performance and implement improvement strategies

·        Monitor labor, food cost, and controllable expenses

·        Conduct regular restaurant visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews

Qualifications

·        3+ years of District Manager, Area Director, Area Supervisor, or equivalent multi-unit leadership experience

·        Experience overseeing 4–6 restaurant locations

·        Fast Casual experience preferred

·        Strong QSR or Traditional Fast Food leadership experience will be considered

·        Proven track record of developing managers and driving results

·        Strong financial and operational acumen

·        Ability to travel throughout the Richmond market
