The Opportunity

We’re hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager for a brand-new opening in the Chesapeake / Virginia Beach market.

This is a growing, locally operated full-service restaurant group with locations throughout Virginia and the Carolinas. The concept is built around great food, genuine hospitality, and something restaurant managers don’t always get enough of—a schedule that actually allows for a life outside of work.

You’ll have a 45-hour work week, no late nights, no bar operation, and the opportunity to help build a new restaurant and team from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a hands-on presence
• Run smooth, organized shifts while maintaining a strong guest experience
• Coach, support, and develop FOH team members
• Work alongside your team during busy service periods
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Hold the team accountable while creating a positive work environment
• Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Partner closely with the Managing Partner on restaurant performance and team development
• Help establish the culture and operating standards of a brand-new location

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
• Strong hands-on leadership skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a restaurant team
• Guest-focused approach to hospitality
• Experience managing busy shifts and maintaining operational standards
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable leading from the floor
• Someone looking to grow with an established regional restaurant organization
