Your Experienced Leadership Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial success through forecasting and P&L management
• Hire and develop management-level team members
• Manage daily operations including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain facility standards
• Ensure order accuracy and excellence in execution
• Ability to set direction, execute plans, and drive long-term restaurant success.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment while inspiring the team through positive, energetic leadership.
• Enforcing company standards, ensuring compliance, and leading by example every day.
• Maintaining exceptional standards in cleanliness, safety, and overall restaurant operations.

Essential Qualifications:

• 5+ years Restaurant General Manager or Multi-Unit Management experience.
• Proven track record in people development and operational leadership
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training
• New restaurant opening experience
• Local restaurant marketing background
