Job Description

Restaurant Manager – $65,000–$72,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits

Busy nights are the norm here, not the exception. This full-service restaurant runs at a fast clip with a loyal following and a guest count that keeps managers on their toes — and we're looking for a Restaurant Manager who genuinely likes it that way. You'll spend most of your shift on the floor, not behind a desk. This is a role for someone who reads a dining room at a glance, jumps in when a section gets slammed, and keeps the energy up for both guests and staff even when the ticket times are climbing. If you've managed in a high-volume house before, you know exactly the pace we're describing.

On a Typical Shift, You'll

  • Run front-of-house operations and keep the floor moving during peak rushes
  • Coach shift leaders and hourly staff in real time, not just in pre-shift meetings
  • Build and adjust schedules to match labor with actual sales volume
  • Watch controllable costs and sales numbers without losing focus on the guest experience
  • Step in on guest concerns and turn a rough moment into a reason to come back
  • Help recruit, train, and onboard new hires as the team grows
  • Keep the restaurant running clean, safe, and on-brand day to day
  • Work alongside senior leadership to push the whole operation forward

You're a Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • A track record of coaching hourly teams and shift leaders into stronger performers
  • Real comfort with scheduling and labor management under sales pressure
  • Sharp floor awareness — you notice problems before guests do
  • A calm head when the dining room is slammed and the ticket printer won't stop
  • Strong communication skills and a results-first mindset

What's In It for You

  • $65,000–$72,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential tied to performance
  • Full benefits package
  • Room to grow with a busy, established operation
  • A team and a guest base that keeps things interesting

If leading from the floor and building a strong team energizes you more than it wears you out, this is worth a conversation.
