Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality food execution.
• Lead, train, develop, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code standards.
• Manage food costs, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve kitchen performance and overall profitability.
• Ensure recipes, presentation standards, and quality expectations are consistently met.
• Create and maintain schedules while ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and a culture of excellence throughout the kitchen.

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of management experience in a similar kitchen management role is required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
