We're searching for an experienced, results-driven Restaurant District Manager to lead multiple high-volume, full-service restaurants in the Indianapolis market.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Inspire: Oversee multiple high-volume restaurants, providing direction, coaching, and accountability to General Managers and their leadership teams.
• Drive Performance: Take ownership of district-level sales, profitability, labor management, food costs, and overall financial results.
• Develop Future Leaders: Identify high-potential talent, build succession plans, and create opportunities for internal growth.
• Elevate Operations: Ensure consistency in food quality, service, hospitality, cleanliness, and operational execution across all locations.
• Build Strong Teams: Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, retention, and accountability.
• Think Strategically: Identify opportunities to improve business performance, strengthen guest loyalty, and drive sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of successful multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, preferably in high-volume, full-service casual dining.
• Proven success developing General Managers and building strong management teams.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple locations.
• Strong financial expertise, including P&L management, budgeting, labor optimization, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A visible, hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality and people development.
