Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will assist in maintaining accountability for the profitable operation of the restaurant, provide consistent delivery of customer service to all guests, oversee the maintenance of restaurant quality, assist in the leadership and development of team members, and help maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity, and respect. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner.

Qualifications:

• The Assistant General Manager must have at least 2 years or more of experience in a managerial role within the QSR industry.
