We are searching for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee multiple quick-service restaurant locations in Augusta, GA! This is an excellent opportunity for a strong multi-unit leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, and growing with a successful restaurant organization.

Our ideal candidate has a proven background in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably within the chicken or quick-service restaurant industry. We are looking for someone who understands how to drive results through people, maintain high operational standards, and build strong leadership teams.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
• Chicken or QSR industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to oversee multiple restaurant locations and management teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management, food costs, labor, and profitability
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and developing General Managers
• Ability to maintain consistent operational standards across multiple locations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and team development
• Ability to travel between assigned restaurant locations

What We Offer:

• Base salary of $85,000–$90,000
