The Restaurant General Manager will lead by example, drive operational excellence and financial performance, and work closely with local owners and community partners to support the restaurant's commitment to fresh, sustainable ingredients and community involvement.

• 3+ years of experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, profitability, and other financial targets

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
