Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of high-volume kitchen management experience
• Proven track record of building a safe, team-oriented work environment that supports professional development
• Demonstrated success controlling food, labor, and beverage costs in a profitable operation
• Ability to perform under pressure without losing focus or composure
• Strong delegation skills paired with hands-on control of kitchen standards
• Solid understanding of P&L management and cost analysis
• Effective vendor communication to secure quality ingredients at competitive prices

Job Responsibilities:
