We're looking for a hands-on leader to drive service, develop people, and maintain high standards during every shift. This is a high-volume, high-energy restaurant where the pace is fast and expectations are high.

This role is for a manager who thrives on the floor, not in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all front-of-house operations with full accountability.
  • Own the guest experience and uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Coach, develop, and mentor your team, holding them accountable for performance.
  • Drive sales, ensure flawless execution, and manage shift performance.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading from the front.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead on the floor and build effective teams.
  • High standards for service, cleanliness, and operational execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-volume shifts and driving results.
  • Valid driver’s license.
