About the Fast Track General Manager Role

This Restaurant Fast Track GM position in Charlotte, NC is a structured leadership development role designed to prepare you for a General Manager position.

You will:

• Train directly under experienced General Managers and leadership teams
• Learn full operational ownership including P&L, team development, and execution
• Develop leadership skills in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with a clear path to General Manager and multi-unit leadership.

Fast Track General Manager Responsibilities

• Support and learn all daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Assist in leading, coaching, and developing team members
• Maintain strong guest service standards and operational execution
• Learn and contribute to P&L management, labor, and food cost controls
• Support hiring, training, and team development initiatives
• Partner with General Manager and leadership team on performance and growth

Fast Track General Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management (Assistant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or similar role)
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations preferred
• Strong leadership mindset with a focus on team development and accountability
• Desire to grow into a General Manager role
• Strong communication, organization, and operational skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
