What You’ll Do

As the FOH Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in daily restaurant operations while creating memorable guest experiences and developing a high-performing hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house operations with energy and professionalism
  • Maintain a strong floor presence in the dining room, bar, and front entrance
  • Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Coach, train, and develop FOH team members
  • Manage scheduling and staffing levels
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring FOH talent
  • Oversee bar inventory, ordering, and beverage controls
  • Conduct liquor, wine, and beer inventory
  • Partner closely with the General Manager on operational execution
  • Create a culture focused on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
  • Strong service and bar leadership background
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent floor presence
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
