We are seeking a hands-on, energetic General Manager to lead a fast paced fast sandwich operation in the Lincolnton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong teams, and leads from the front.

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Loves coaching and developing teams
• Leads with energy, accountability, and urgency
• Understands high-volume operations and speed of service
• Is guest-focused and highly visible in the restaurant
• Takes pride in driving sales, labor, food cost, and overall profitability

This is not a typical 9-to-5 management position. This role requires a hands-on leader who understands what it takes to run and grow a successful restaurant operation. Expect a 45+ hour work week.

General Manager Responsibilities

• Lead by example with exceptional guest service and strong floor leadership
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations
• Train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Manage opening/closing procedures and daily shift execution
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards
• Drive labor control, inventory management, and profitability
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, hiring, and retention
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Ensure speed, consistency, and quality execution during peak periods

What We’re Looking For

• Prior restaurant leadership experience as a General Manager 
• Quick service or fast casual restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front mentality
• High energy, sense of urgency, and operational discipline
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Stable work history and passion for team development
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
