An established hospitality management company is seeking a creative, hands on, and highly organized Social Media & Marketing Manager to help elevate the visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement strategy across multiple hotel and hospitality driven properties.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that hospitality marketing is more than posting content. It is about creating energy around experiences, building brand presence, and capturing what makes a property stand out in a competitive market.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable behind a camera, inside Adobe Creative Suite, collaborating with operations teams, and developing marketing campaigns that drive real engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and execute social media strategy and content creation across multiple hospitality properties
• Capture photography and video content including guest experiences, food & beverage, events, amenities, and lifestyle driven storytelling
• Design and produce marketing collateral including digital ads, menus, flyers, signage, promotional materials, and branded assets
• Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that support revenue growth and brand awareness
• Collaborate with property leadership and operations teams to support promotions, activations, and marketing initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand standards while bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table
• Support campaign tracking, analytics, engagement reporting, and performance insights
• Coordinate marketing needs across multiple locations and departments
• Travel between properties as needed
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of marketing, social media, or creative branding experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, lifestyle, or related industries
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging digital trends
• Experience with photography, videography, editing, and short form content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, and digital marketing tools preferred
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to balance branding, storytelling, and business objectives
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi property environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
