WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations

• Create memorable guest experiences

• Coach, train, and develop team members

• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management

• Drive service standards and operational excellence

• Assist with financial performance and profitability

• Build positive team culture and accountability

• Support hiring and retention efforts

• Help develop future leaders within the organization

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Manager, Kitchen Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Senior Shift Leader experience

• Full-service restaurant background preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for hospitality and guest experience

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities
