What We're Looking For

Proven multi-unit restaurant leadership experience in full service restaurants
Background as a Director of Operations, District Manager, Area Director, Regional Manager, or equivalent in full service restaurants
Full-service restaurant operations expertise
Strong P&L management and financial acumen
A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people
The ability to build a culture of accountability without compromising team culture
