Key Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Driving sales, refining steps of service, and maximizing overall guest satisfaction.
- Enforcing compliance with employment policies while overseeing restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
- Providing and directing comprehensive Front of House training programs.
- Managing employee performance through structured evaluations, ongoing coaching, and corrective action when necessary.
- Overseeing beverage inventory, controlling liquor costs, and strictly enforcing responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Developing key employees and assistant managers by providing consistent daily feedback during one-on-one sessions.
- Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making strategic hiring decisions for the Front of House team.
- Directing daily workflow, setting weekly schedules, and assigning operational tasks before, during, and after business hours.
- Cultivating a positive and safe environment by implementing core values, team contests, and staff incentives.
- Executing and managing safe food handling procedures.
