Four-Property Portfolio Select-Service / Upper Midscale Hilton | Marriott | Choice Hotels Full-Time / Regional Travel Required
As we continue to grow, we are searching for an Area General Manager who will grow with us — someone who is not a desk-bound executive, but a true hospitality professional who leads from the floor, earns the trust of every team member, and makes every detail matter. This is a hands-on, visible, culture-first leadership role.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
· Support and develop four on-property General Managers through regular coaching, feedback, and hands-on collaboration
· Champion and protect brand standards across Hilton, Marriott, and Choice Hotels properties
· Drive guest satisfaction scores and resolve service failures with urgency and genuine care
· Lead culture initiatives that build team pride, reduce turnover, and attract exceptional talent
· Identify operational gaps and design practical solutions that improve day-to-day performance
· Partner directly with ownership on strategy, growth planning, and future property acquisitions
· Oversee budgets, labor management, and financial performance across the portfolio
WHAT YOU BRING
· Extensive experience working across hotel departments — you know what every role feels like from the inside
· Proven record as a General Manager at select-service or upper midscale properties
· Familiarity with Hilton, Marriott, or Choice Hotels brand standards and systems (experience with all three is a strong plus)
· Multi-property or area management experience preferred
· A reputation for building great teams and lasting loyalty
· Financial acumen — comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability
· Willingness to be a consistent, visible presence across all four properties within the region
