Location: East Boca Raton, FL
An established, high-volume casual dining restaurant in East Boca Raton is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day back-of-house operations and lead an experienced culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven kitchen leader who thrives in a hands-on role, values consistency, and knows how to execute at a high level in a busy restaurant environment.
The position is available immediately, and the hiring team is looking to move quickly for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
- Lead all daily back-of-house operations and kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and execution across every shift.
- Manage food and labor costs while maintaining operational standards.
- Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and vendor relationships.
- Create schedules and provide coaching, training, and accountability for the culinary team.
- Maintain all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Partner with restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous Kitchen Manager or Head Chef experience strongly preferred.
- Experience leading a high-volume, full-service restaurant kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and retain kitchen teams.
- Solid understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory control, and kitchen systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Ability to perform at a high level during busy service periods.
Compensation & Details
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
