The Opportunity

An established, high-volume casual dining restaurant in Boca Raton is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily back-of-house operations and help lead an experienced culinary team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated kitchen professional ready to take the next step into restaurant leadership while working alongside an experienced management team.

The position is available immediately, and the hiring team is looking to move quickly for the right candidate.

What You Will Do

• Assist in overseeing daily back-of-house operations and kitchen staff.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in maintaining food quality, consistency, and execution.
• Help manage food preparation, inventory, ordering, and product rotation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing kitchen team members.
• Help monitor food and labor costs while maintaining operational standards.
• Step into leadership responsibilities during service and support a smooth kitchen operation.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen or chef experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• Desire to grow into a long-term kitchen management career.
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency.
• Ability to perform well in a busy, team-oriented kitchen.

Compensation & Details

• Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually
