Job Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment, with prior General Manager or multi-unit oversight experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a high-volume, fast-casual setting.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, budgeting, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Job Responsibilities:

As the General Manager in Dennis, MA, you will:

• Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellence in profitability, guest satisfaction, and team morale.
• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members to build a high-functioning, engaged crew.

• Drive financial performance by analyzing sales trends, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
