Assistant Manager – High-Volume Quick Service Restaurant | $45,000–$50,000

A well-established national quick-service brand is hiring an Assistant Manager. This is a fast-paced, drive-thru-driven operation with strong, consistent volume and a team-first culture — ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on speed, structure, and daily problem-solving.

What you'll do:

• Run shifts with full accountability for speed of service, food safety, and cash controls
• Coach and develop crew and shift leads, building bench strength for future promotions
• Manage labor and food cost targets alongside the General Manager
• Own scheduling, inventory ordering, and vendor receiving for your shifts
• Step in on the line during rushes — this is a lead-from-the-front role
• Handle guest concerns in real time and keep the daily pace on track

What we're looking for:

• 1+ years of management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
• Comfort with high ticket volume and drive-thru speed benchmarks
• ServSafe certification a plus, not required
• Someone who can motivate a young, fast-moving team and stay calm under pressure
• Open availability including weekends and closing shifts
