Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a management or senior leadership role within a restaurant environment

Job Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager in Fort Worth, TX, you will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager and:
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of hourly employees
- Support all guest-related services and ensure every visit reflects the brand's standards
- Adhere to and enforce all restaurant operational standards
- Assist in overseeing daily operations from open to close
- Ensure staff compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Help manage food and labor costs against weekly budgets
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Assist with weekly inventory and scheduling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment
- Help maintain staffing levels that support consistent service
- Oversee food quality and presentation on assigned shifts
- Ensure all required operational programs are accurate and complete
