Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager 

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for setting the standard for service excellence by overseeing both the Assistant General Manager and the Kitchen Manager. Key responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the restaurant, controlling food, beverage, and labor costs, and leading the management team in upholding safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skill in selecting, scheduling, coaching, developing, mentoring, and leading their team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:  

• 4 years of supervisory experience, including alcoholic beverage service 
• Previous experience managing cost controls and POS systems preferred 
• Alcohol Service Training Course completed & ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus 
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
• Proven ability to delegate tasks and work both independently and in a team 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
