General Manager

Our hotel IHG General Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, human resources, and financial performance. Key responsibilities

Operational oversight: Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, such as guest services, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance ensuring efficiency and adherence to brand standards.

Guest experience: Strive to exceed guest expectations by ensuring a high level of service and professionalism, and by promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.

Staff management and development: Assist in managing, training, and developing departmental teams, and fostering a positive work environment.

Financial performance: Help manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the hotel meets or exceeds financial goals and profitability objectives.

Human resources: Assist with HR functions like new hire orientations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Leadership and strategy: Implement property-wide strategies and lead by example to motivate staff and drive commitment to the hotel's goals. Hands on leadership is required.
