An established and growing Fast Casual group is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to join their Wyomissing, PA location.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily FOH/BOH operations
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Train, coach, and develop hourly team members
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle guest recovery
• Assist with inventory, food cost, and labor controls

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience - Fast Casual or QSR preferred
• A hands-on leader who leads from the front
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
