Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role, ideally within hospitality, restaurant, or multi-unit consumer brands
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Executive-level verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership and ownership
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, multi-channel campaigns, and P&L ownership
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
Job Responsibilities
As the Vice President of Marketing in Dallas, TX, you will:
- Set the company-wide marketing vision, strategic plan, and multi-year growth roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team
- Own enterprise brand strategy and corporate identity across all hospitality concepts, ensuring consistency and differentiation in the market
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop the marketing organization, including the Director of Marketing and cross-functional marketing staff
- Own the marketing P&L; set and manage the enterprise marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven allocation of spend across channels and properties
- Direct and approve major marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, brand launches, and new concept or menu rollouts
- Serve as the senior advisor on advertising, public relations, and crisis/reputation management strategy
- Cultivate and negotiate strategic partnerships, media relationships, and sponsorships that drive sales and brand visibility
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with guests, ownership groups, investors, and key stakeholders to align marketing strategy with business objectives
- Provide final oversight and approval authority for all marketing materials and brand assets across digital and print channels
- Anticipate industry trends and lead innovation in branding, advertising, and guest engagement strategy across the portfolio
- Direct multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives, balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets across the organization
- Define and report on enterprise-level marketing KPIs and campaign performance, translating data insights into strategic recommendations for the executive team
- Ensure a unified, on-brand messaging strategy that strengthens guest acquisition and retention across all concepts
- Champion the evaluation and adoption of emerging acquisition channels, marketing technology, and automation platforms across the organization
- Maintain executive fluency in marketing technology and digital innovation to stay competitive in the market
- Present marketing strategy, performance, and investment recommendations to the CEO, executive leadership team, and ownership/board as required
