What You Will Take Ownership Of
- Leading front-of-house operations during every shift
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and developing the service team
- Creating a welcoming, energetic, and memorable guest experience
- Maintaining strong standards for service, cleanliness, and restaurant readiness
- Managing schedules, labor, cash controls, and daily operating procedures
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Supporting sales-building initiatives and local store marketing
- Partnering with the culinary and management teams to ensure smooth execution
- Building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and genuine hospitality
What You Bring
- Restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- A strong floor presence and hands-on leadership style
- The ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Solid knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and restaurant controls
- Confidence handling busy shifts and challenging guest situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A hospitality-first mindset and natural ability to connect with people
