$75,000–$80,000 + Bonus

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a unique, upscale dining destination in Noblesville, IN. This is an eclectic, high-energy concept that blends exceptional food and beverage, an inviting atmosphere, and genuine hospitality into an experience guests remember.

We’re looking for a General Manager with personality, presence, and strong operational skills, someone who appreciates individuality, understands elevated service, and knows how to create an incredible culture without making hospitality feel stiff or scripted.

The Role as General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations while leading and developing a talented team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards across service, food and beverage, guest experience, staffing, training, financial performance, and overall restaurant operations.

We need a leader who is comfortable being visible, hands-on, and engaged. someone who can read the room, connect with guests, inspire the team, and still keep a close eye on the numbers.
