Your Role as Team Manager

As part of the restaurant leadership team, you'll help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff
• Building engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests
• Leading, managing, and developing team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience, and celebrating their achievements along the way
• Participating in the interviewing and selection process
• Training the team in food safety standards and ensuring they are consistently maintained
• Helping build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Is This Opportunity Right for You?

We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
• A proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe certification (or the ability to achieve certification)
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends in an environment with shifting priorities
• Willingness to complete a background check, as any job offer is conditional upon the results

Physical Requirements: This role regularly requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for up to 6 hours, and communicate clearly in a loud environment.
