Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, presentation, and ticket times.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while building a positive team culture.
• Maintain scratch-kitchen standards using fresh ingredients and proper preparation techniques.
• Manage food costs, labor, inventory, purchasing, and waste control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to improve kitchen efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Help bring authentic Italian flavors and high-quality dining experiences to guests throughout Atlanta.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen management or sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
